Punctuation is an element of writing that nearly everyone struggles with, even way into adulthood. For this project, I used BBC Bitesize's online teaching materials as a starting point to develop a series of books to teach Key Stage 1 children the purpose of different punctuation marks. By utilising expressive typography, I wanted to show the different tones of voice punctuation can create, in a fun and engagaing manner.
